Communication Protocols

Please follow the process outlined below when sending any Parents' Club communication via Special Bulletin or the Bulldog News.

 
Special Bulletin Instructions:
To send a Special Bulletin, please prepare an initial draft with all pertinent information and send to Caroline Hendriks, Vice President of Communications, VPCommunications@oispc.org. She will review the submission (and edit if necessary), place it on the calendar for distribution and send it to Principal Michael Randall (mrandall@orinda.k12.ca.us). Principal Randall will send it out on the date it is scheduled for email delivery. Even if you have received prior verbal approval of your constant contact message, the submission must go through Shannon Fuller before it is sent out.
 
Bulldog News instructions:
If you would like to send out an article for publication in the weekly Bulldog News, please prepare your submission and send it to Caroline Hendriks for review (and editing if necessary). The deadline for Bulldog News is Wednesday of the week you wish the article to appear.
